The CoServ Charitable Foundation supports the following agencies to assist qualifying CoServ Members and Customers during tough times.

Services Offered: Income Support Services (such as food, clothing, housing and utility assistance, medical visits and prescriptions assistance) and Education and Employment Services (including GED classes, college assistance, financial literacy, and career counseling)

Services Offered: Access to CCA's client-choice food pantry, critical rental and utility assistance, seasonal income relief programs, senior services, essential life skills and job readiness training, pastoral and professional counseling.
Christian Community Action (CCA) ministers to the poor by providing comprehensive services that alleviate suffering, bring hope and change lives. CCA provides comprehensive rescue, relief, and restorative services that aim to fully equip struggling clients with the skills and resources that they need to transition from financial crisis to self-sufficiency.

Services Offered: Help with emergency assistance for housing, utilities, and food.
Community Lifeline Center assists local residents in managing crises and navigating their way back to self-sufficiency. This assistance ranges from financial help (rent, utilities, medical or prescription assistance) to food (through an on-site food pantry), information and referral services, and advocacy. Community Lifeline Center also promotes special projects throughout the year, such as collecting and distributing holiday meals.

Services Offered: Emergency financial assistance (rent, utilities, child care, employment support, prescription meds), Frisco's Food Pantry (non-perishable food, fresh produce, dairy products, meats and hygiene products), life skills classes, (which may include parenting skills, nutrition, job readiness, and budgeting/finance), clients have access to get vouchers for clothing and household goods from Frisco Resale, and seasonal programs (summer lunch for 9 weeks, back 2 school, Thanksgiving Meals, Silver Bells for their clients 65+ and a holiday store)

The TCOG mission is to improve the quality of life in Texoma by connecting clients to essential social services and by providing member jurisdictions with planning assistance.
Weatherization Assistance:
Weatherization services reduce the infiltration of air producing lower utility costs. The assistance can be provided to both owner-occupied and renter-occupied units and provides such energy improvements as: insulation in the attic, walls and floors; caulking; weather-stripping; and repair or replacement of heating and air conditioning units.

Services Offered: Food pantry, Backpack Buddy program (provides backpacks full of nutritious mini-meals that are sent home on the weekends with school-aged children), Pathways program (life-skills training), and crisis assistance (preventing homelessness, keeping the lights and heat on, emergency dental and prescription assistance)
VISTO's mission is to help people in times of crisis get back on their feet through four main categories: food, financial, education, and/or information and referral. VISTO operates and maintains Cooke County's emergency food bank.
