WHEN: 1 p.m., Tuesday, June 3, 2025
WHERE: CoServ Headquarters in Corinth, TX
ONLINE: The meeting will be broadcast live AND will be available for viewing afterward on CoServ.com.
WHAT: Join us for an opportunity to receive an update on the electric co-op from President and CEO Donnie Clary and your democratically elected Board of Directors.
BOARD SEATS UP FOR ELECTION: Districts 1 and 5.
VOTING: Board Directors represent all CoServ Members, so all eligible Members can vote in the election (not just those residing in Districts 1 and 5). The third-party election firm Survey & Ballot Systems will mail paper ballots directly to members' homes. They will include a link to a secure web portal where Members can choose to cast their votes online.
WHO CAN RUN? CoServ Members will elect Board Directors for Districts 1 and 5 this year. For details on election term length, please visit CoServ.com/Elections. Board Directors must reside in their district but are elected at large by all eligible Members.
